1.1 The mentioned Holiday Package pricings can be changed without any prior notice. As these Holiday Package pricings are based on special Hotel Tariff with discounted Air fares.
1.2 As Holiday Package includes taxes which may vary in peak seasons and in festivals, hence we can change pricing without prior notice.
1.3 Note - The standard hotel check-in time is 1400Hrs and check-out time is 1200Hrs.It may vary according to countries and Hotels.
1.4 Early check-in & late check-out are on request basis only.
1.5 The Holiday Package pricing includes foreign exchange elements which may vary according to rate of exchange. Any variation in currency will be payable by client.
1.6 After booking is done, if client want to make changes to his/her holiday plans like postponing/preponing or extension of the trip. We will try our best to get it done but some times it also subject to availability. Client should send us an email for the same and all extra charges will be payable by client.
1.7 All the Holiday Package Itineraries mentioned on the website are Holiday Plans only.This does not mean that we are already holding flight/hotel booking for them. At the time of booking the Package booking cost may vary from the displayed price. This cost variation will be discussed with you before confirming your booking.
1.8 The airport transfer will be provided on Seat in coach basis only. Normal comfortable vehicles will be available on shared basis and private vehicles can be arranged with some extra charges.
1.9 We are not responsible for any delay or rejection of visa from concerned Embassy or not getting immigration clearance at airport. In this case if client want to cancel, then cancellation charges will be applied accordingly. And if client want to postpone his/her trip then extra charges will be applicable.
1.10 Holiday plan for your visiting country on their public holidays can be affected by lack of services & facilities in hotels due to lot of rush during that period or may get road traffic problems. In order to avoid this inconvenience, plan your trip accordingly.
1.11 All the holiday packages does not includes Travel Insurance plan with it. We advise you to buy travel insurance from us for your travel safety with some small amount of charges.
1.12 Client is solely responsible for carrying his all travel documents while on a trip. Client should report at airports 3 hrs prior of departure for International flights. Whereas for domestic flights reporting time is 1:30 hrs prior of departure.

10 to 15 Days prior to departure - 75 % of Package Cost
Less than 10 days before to departure - 100% of Package Cost
